Whole 30 - day 12

Breakfast - Breakfast meatloaf, poached egg with mushrooms fried in ghee

Lunch - Chicken salad and a clementine

Dinner - Citrus pork loin steaks (I made the marinade without honey to ensure it is acceptable)

Supper - berries with flaked almonds and coconut
