Whole 30 - Day 28

Breakfast - Bacon, poached egg and mushrooms

Lunch - Chicken salad, 2 clementines

Snack - raw blackcurrant bar

Aldi sell a variety of flavours either individually or in a box of 5

Dinner - Spiced kheema from Nom Nom Paleo

This has the advantage that you can add extra vegetables in the mixture - I used up some cabbage and courgette
